All returned items must be received by Elite Cycling within 30 calendar days of purchase.  All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.  Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please call (913) 648-6277 to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning any items.  All returns MUST have a return authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the box or it will be refused.  Ship via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs).  Custom wheel builds cannot be returned unless there are defective.
